We will collect your personal information using the RMS Online booking engine on South Gladstone Motel’s website provided by RMS Online to process your online bookings. We may hold your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the performance of the reservation/booking and for such time thereafter to the extent permitted by the law. Payment information refers specifically to the credit card number, along with cardholder name, expiration date and security code provided by the Guest to RMS Online on our website at the time the online reservation/booking is made and any payment is taken.


We collect, hold, and use your personal information so that we can:

(a) provide you with products and services, and manage our relationship with you;
(b) contact you, for example, to respond to your queries or complaints, or if we need to tell you something important;
(c) comply with our legal obligations and assist government and law enforcement agencies or regulators; (d) identify and tell you about other products or services, offers and events that we think may be of interest to you;
(e) conduct guest research with existing guests;
(f) share the information with our related companies, motels, hotels, resorts or retreats to help cater to your needs and reservation/bookings;
